How do I order?
Easy! you can always email us or use our contact form and explain to us your graphic needs via the online form where you can add your contact information and specific information about your order. Simply submit the form to us, and we will get in touch with you by e-mail, usually within 24 hours.
After preliminary discussions and price agreement, you will need to pay 50% downpayment to commence the project.
The last 50% payment will be paid upon your approval of the final artwork.
How do you accept payment?
Via PayPal. Once you click the Order button, it will automatically lead you to the Paypal form. Don't have a PayPal account? Don't worry. Click here and register for an account. It is absolutely free and easy!
What's the turnaround time?
The first draft of your design will be e-mailed to you within 48-72 hours. After that, any suggestions or revisions you'd like made will be done promptly and e-mailed to you for your feedback. The maximum fulfillment time is 7 days.
For big projects, the maximum fulfillment time will depend on the volume and the complexity of the artwork. You will be advised of the turnaround time.
However, should you require a rush job, please e-mail us for further discussion, and we will be happy to help.
What if I don't like my design?
Fret not. we will work together every step of the way to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your finished design. We welcome your feedback on how we can make your design look even better, so please feel free about offering suggestions. We'd be glad to revise your design to suit your needs. After receiving the final artwork or design though, you will have up to 48 hours to reply back for any changes to be made. After the 48 hour period lapses, the sale is final and there will be additional charges for any changes you want done to your work. There will be an extra charge for any changes requested after the 48 hours. The extra charges will depend on the complexity of the changes required.
How will I receive my final designs?
Your final designs will be e-mailed to you via compressed zip file. If it is a large scale project, a CDROM file will be mailed to you upon request. Should you have other preferences, please e-mail us and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
